The CDC is now recommending that you wear a cloth face mask in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain such as the grocery store or pharmacy. Here is a link to a great video that explains how to sew masks that comply with CDC guidelines. I attempted making the masks from the video, and the instructions were simple to follow. However, it turns out that I am horrible at sewing and did not successfully complete a single mask. Give it a try for yourself and comment below telling us how it went for you! If you are sewing challenged like me, then check out this link from the CDC that offers a sewing-free option.
