This is a positive psychology course, entitled The Science of Well Being, which is offered free of charge on Coursera. It provides information and practice guidelines for evidence based interventions to improve your sense of well being and mood. This course was developed by a Yale University professor is apparently the most popular course on campus and is now offered to the general public through an online format. Several news agencies (such as news.yale.edu) have recently highlighted the accessibility of this course. As part of the class, you are able to practice the ideals of gratitude, savoring, recognizing your strengths, etc. This would be a great way to spend your extra free time during quarantine!
